SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal.
Where does my order ship from?
Your order will be shipped from Aberdeen, Scotland, UK.
Can I track my order?
Currently we only offer Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail International Standard shipping options therefore there will be no tracking available for your order. Should you wish to pay additional for a tracked shipping service please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this is something we can accommodate.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
You will also receive notification emails to advise you of the progress of your order at each stage.
Your order will not be processed until full payment is received for your order. Once payment is received you will receive a notification advising that your order is being processed.
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Event Tickets – no VAT will be added for any downloadable event ticket or downloadable content (these however are non-refundable).
If you are ordering from outside the UK, the order may be subject to local import duties. These vary from one country to another. For further information, please contact your local customs department.
Types of Payment
You can pay for your order via PayPal only, this includes the use of your personal PayPal account and/or the use of credit and/or debit cards. (Amex, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa)
You do not require a personal PayPal account in order to use the PayPal Payment service at checkout.
We do not retain any of your payment details, these are supplied by the customer at checkout then processed securely by our website and PayPal.

Exchange, Refund & Return
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
When contacting us about your order please provide your order number, name and shipping address as well as the details of your request.
We can arrange an exchange or refund of your order providing the items are still in their original condition. Returned items must be unused and properly folded in their original packaging wherever possible. Tags should not be removed.
As the customer you will be required to cover the postage to send back your items, however we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods. We will reimburse delivery charges only when goods are faulty or damaged, once the returned item has been received by us.

International returns: Please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund/exchange to be delayed.
30 Day Returns Policy: You can return your items for a full refund or exchange if the items are still in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
After 30 days you may only receive an exchange or store credit to the amount of your item. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or damaged when received and a full refund may still be offered.
Non-refundable/ Non-returnable items: please note that all event tickets or downloadable content items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless otherwise stated on the specific item.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
